    I find everything about her statement here in direct contrast with what Nin would say if she could comment today… when she states “Writing is my work; my life is elsewhere.” Perhaps, that is the problem here. I too tend to believe in Nin’s belief that writing should be your life. You should love what you do and or you are not making a difference with your writing on the world. Shameful really. Sorry to leave such a negative comment. Just thought I would voice my opinion.
